Nuzzle Return Policy

 We want you to love Nuzzle as much as we do, but if Nuzzle doesn't work for you and your pet, you can return it within the first 15 days from the delivery date, undamage  and in the original packaging for a full refund.

​Please Note: 
  • The collar must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed to be returned. 
  • The Nuzzle system must be returned without any missing components (this includes the base station, tracking device, Nuzzle branded collar, and replacement batteries.)
  • No damaged parts (pet induced damage of any kind, any wear and tear.)
All returns are subject to physical inspection by Nuzzle and any returns that are not acceptable will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

Nuzzle will provide a prepaid return label for each return request within the continental US and Canada, any returns outside of these areas are at the responsibility of the customer. Nuzzle is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns. 

Nuzzle can only refund orders placed directly through our website, www.hellonuzzle.com. If you purchased a Nuzzle through another retailer such as www.amazon.com, contact their customer support for return instructions. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.  

To make a return;
  1. Contact customer service at support@hellonuzzle.com or 844-872-3144.
  2. Customer service will send a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Return your undamaged Nuzzle in its original packaging. 
  4. Your refund will be applied once your Nuzzle unit has been received and inspected.
