What do I do when the app shows a No Updates screen?

When the No Updates screen appears on the app, it means that the battery is dead or the app is experiencing a technical issues. Try:
  1. Swapping out the battery with a fully charged one.
  2. Manually refreshing the screen. 
  3. Make sure the firmware is up to date. 
  4. In both cases, replacing the battery should get Nuzzle running smoothly again, and if not contact customer support at support@hellonuzzle.com or 844-872-3144.
