What do I do when the app shows a No Updates screen?
When the No Updates screen appears on the app, it means that the battery is dead or the app is experiencing a technical issues. Try:
- Swapping out the battery with a fully charged one.
- Manually refreshing the screen.
- Make sure the firmware is up to date.
